Since taking over ownership of Garden of the Gods Campground in May 2006, we have been hard at work improving the campground and our guests' overall experience. Some of the most significant improvements include the creation of new premium pull-through sites that accomodate even the biggest rigs and tow cars with room to spare! We also have added new gravel bases for premium and deluxe sites and we have new picnic tables on redwood pads, which provide special spots for spending time entertaining outdoors while enjoying the spectacular views of Pikes Peak. Our creekside camper cabins have renovated porches, new interior paint and fresh, clean carpeting - you truly will camp in style in these charming cabins! Finally, our new tenting area is a fantastic improvement from previous years. We have newly constructed tent pads complete with a wood border and compacted sand for a clean spot to pitch your tent, walking paths to each site, and gravel coverage throughout to eliminate any muddy conditions and to keep our campers clean and dry. To make moving your camping gear a breeze, we will be providing "Western Wheelers" (wheelbarrows) free of charge to tent campers.
